Over the past few years, our School Council Representatives at Weatherfield Academy have been invited to represent us in the Youth Parliament, run by Central Bedfordshire Council.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a young person who wishes to be able to have their voice heard to represent young people like themselves.

Each year the students at Weatherfield Academy take part in the Make Your Mark Campaign which allows students to vote on what they think the Youth Parliament representative should deliver to the Houses of Parliament in representing the voice of young people today.

 

Even if the students are not on the School Council or in the Youth Parliament, they are all invited to have the chance to vote for what they feel is right. For more information on Make Your Mark please go to:
