Last term, Weatherfield Academy had a special visit from local MP Andrew Selous.
During his visit, Mr Selous embarked on a tour of the school, taking a keen interest in the various facilities and classrooms we have.
After the tour, Andrew sat down with members of the School Council and enjoyed some tea and cake as he answered their questions.
Andrew expressed his enjoyment of visiting Weatherfield (as did the students), and we look forward to welcoming him back for another visit in the future.
