This year's Wheelie Fantastic wheelbarrow competition theme is 'Celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee'. 2AG discussed the theme with Mrs Everett and Mrs Marshall and they all decided to create a teddy bear's tea party! This was because we watched Paddington Bear enjoying a tea party with the Queen.
We included two of our Weatherfield Academy 50th birthday teddy bears and a beautiful miniature tea set. The plants we used are purple flowering lobelia and two teacups containing Busy Lizzies because we all know how busy Queen Elizabeth the Second is!
